The cruise lines are responding to increased demand for meetings, conferences, conventions and workshops at sea. From a small board of directors meeting to a grand awards presentation on a rotating stage, purpose-built conference rooms and theaters are now a reality aboard most of the newer vessels. Some even offer video walls, interactive TV’s and appropriate space for small trade shows.

We can organize general sessions with multiple breakout rooms, gala awards receptions, formal banquets, sit-down dinners-on-deck with video screen presentations and live entertainment.
